2001 Catalina 250 CURRENT PRICE IS A GUIDE.  ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED. General Description The Catalina 250 incorporates the best features of a trailer-able, water ballast boat with Catalina's renowned comfortable interior and big-boat cockpit. Quality hardware and finish are some of the features that make the 250 the leader in her class. Once underway, the gentle motion and sure-footed tracking give the impression of a much larger vessel. The accommodations provide everything you expect in a small but proper yacht. Seating is comfortable around a table for four with plenty of lounging space on the big U-shaped settee. An enclosed head with vanity, sink and hanging locker are a welcome luxury when cruising. The galley features an efficient butane stove, deep sink, and handy drawers. The removable cooler and fresh water tank make preparing for a weekend aboard a snap. Inspect the 250 carefully and discover the value designed and built in, which promises years of family sailing pleasure and a superior resale value when it's time for your next Catalina. Actual ConditionIt is reported that the boat has been in storage for 2 years and is currently shrink wrapped. The overall condition of the vessel appears serviceable. The interior is relatively clean. The cabin sole was in serviceable condition. The sails are stowed in the cabin with the boom. The vessel interior just needs a good cleaning after being in storage under shrink wrap. The vessel's topsides could not be photographed due to the shrink wrap coming to the waterline. The bottom of the vessel does not exhibit any damage and the dagger board is in the up position, which gives the vessel a relatively shallow draft. Please inspect carefully before bidding. EquipmentA trailer is not included in this sale. EnginesThe 9.9 hp Honda 4 cycle outboard has some damage on the cover, the yard stated that when the vessel was placed in storage two years ago the carb on the motor had been serviced and ran fine. Please read Motors and Machinery Disclaimer. Motors and Machinery DisclaimerNo statement of condition can be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever. A photo may appear of the engine compartment and machinery, but it is entirely the buyers responsibility to inspect and determine their actual condition. * On occasion we receive unverified information regarding mechanical condition.
