Located in the Washington DC area, this boat has a wing keel; tiller steering; roller-furling 150 genoa; 135 genoa; in-cabin swing (toward cockpit) mount for VHF, GPS, depth, etc. It has a (new) 2010 Yamaha OB 4-stroke engine; bimini cover, hatch cover, mainsail cover, cockpit cushions. It has a propane stove, SS sink/15 gal. water tank. Portable toilet in a separate compartment within the cabin. It is clean, well maintained. It has raced very well, sails easy, comfortable, and confident. Great family cruiser/racer.
