2008 Catalina 250 MK II Water Ballast
This easy to handle family cruiser sails well in shallow waters with retracted keel draft 2'8" and when extended 5 feet. The waterballast keel is a unique feature when lifting or trailering the water is draining out and when sailing the water drains into tank and act like a full fledged keel. "Sweet Dream" has been on a boat lift with new bottom paint in 2016. There comes no trailer with it but the Mast is easily collapsable for road trailering. The riggin has been overhauled (2016) with new lines and a Lazy Jack for the main sail to fall into a newly established canvas with easy zipper. The Jib is a roller furler all handled from the cockpit. The cockpit is wide easy for 4 people to sit on cushion and with 2 addition seats at the rear on either side. The cabin is an easy layout a forward V berth and two single berth port and starboard and finally a double berth under the cockpit. A seperate head room with a port a potti and sink. The kitchen counter with fresh water and sink and undercounter storage. The outboard is areliable automatic start Honda 9.9 HP overhauled in 2016. she is an easy to handle boat and great fun with family and friends

Elysium is a two cabin centerline model that has benefited from excellent care and maintenance along with numerous upgrades. A Fischer Panda 4200 Genset installed new in 2011 provides ample power to run both reverse cycle AC systems when underway or at anchor. The high capacity house battery bank supplemented by an external Sterling ProReg alternator regulator quickly replenishes amps consumed while under sail or at anchor. The queen centerline forward cabin with ensuite head provides comfort and privacy for owners while the aft starboard cabin features a double berth and adjacent head. Both cabins and heads have designated AC vents. The ? L? configured galley is complete with a three burner propane range with oven, a microwave oven, generous counter space and a huge (6.5 cu. ft.) refrigerated icebox. Double SS galley sinks with a pull-out faucet and under-sink water filter are adjacent to an additional icebox that can also be used as dry storage. Aft of the galley are cabinets with pull out bins for storage. A large dining table that can seat 6 is the center of the main salon with Ultraleather upholstered settees on both sides of the salon.
