1985 Cheoy Lee Pedrick 36 This series that Dave Pedrick N.A. designed for Cheoy Lee was by far the most popular series and the last series ever done as Cheoy Lee builds nothing now in Sail under 63'. This is a true bluewater boat.  Current sellers bought her from original owner who was an advertising exec. in Hong Kong.   They picked it up in Hong Kong and sailed her for 2 years to Annapolis by way of Cape Town, South Africa. 1970 Cheoy Lee Luders 36 PRICE REDUCTION!!! June 2016!! This is an exceptional cruiser as it has been owned by the same couple since it was delivered in 1972.  Extensive updates have been added recently.  Teak decks replaced by Cherubini Yachts in 1992.  New fuel tanks, 40 Hp Yanmar in 2002, 3 coats of Awlgrip on hull and waterline, Aluminum  spars 3 coats of Emron-Gold   Replaced:  teak trim on new glass ports, wiring with panel to code, thru hulls, and interior varnished.  B & G autopilot, wind and speed indicators.  Cockpit cushions.  Furling jib and Genoa.  Spinnaker and Pole.  Custom canvas cover and frame. All s/s hardware polished to chrome finish. She is currently derigged, under the custom canvas cover and on the hard. A close inspection of this unique gem will not disappoint.
