2002 Alex Willis Custom Carolina 58 Sportfisherman Major Price Reduction! Holmes & Owen Yacht Sales is proud to be the central listing agent for this one-of-a-kind 58' Alex Willis Custom Carolina Sportfish. The hull & superstructure were completed at the Alex Willis facility in Harkers Island North Carolina. The interior outfitting and woodwork was executed by carpenters from Jarrett Bay. More recent updates where completed at Huckins Yacht Corp., including the addition of a mezzanine and full teak decking. The Jarrett Bay style interior is beautifully crafted in cherry wood with burl wood accents and is finished to yacht standards. The arrangement features a generous salon/galley area on the main deck, while forward there is a master stateroom with en-suite head; two guest quarters areas and a single guest head. The boat is powered by a pair of Cat 3412 diesel engines rated at 1,400hp each, which provide a mid-range cruise speed of 30knots at 1,800 rpm's. Top speed is 37 knots at 2340 rpm's. The full-time captain reports the vessel is an outstanding performer and has proven herself time and time again to be an excellent sea boat that will raise fish. Fishing amenities include a Release Marine teak fighting chair, transom door with tuna gate, fishbox/freezer, ice chipper, plenty tackle storage and triple spreader outriggers are by Rupp. "Moose" is a beautifully kept boat that has been well tested throughout the Caribbean.
