1981 Custom Carolina Uniflite Convertible
This 48' Uniflite was completely customized and rebuilt in 2011 & 2012 to give it a Custom Carolina look. She even runs like a Carolina boat, she doesn't run bow high like a deep V production boat! The flybridge was redesigned with the helm aft, with new helm chairs, a retractable helm and nav pod with new engine instruments, single lever controls,a overhead electronics box and forward bench seating. A new hardtop was added and the bow and cockpit were customized. A mezzanine was added to the cockpit with engine access, freezer, cockpit cooler and bait cooler. The side windows were redesigned and the engines were rebuilt. The interior and galley were redone with a wood sole and new carpeting, headliners,counter tops, recessed lighting,trim and wall coverings. The entire boat was painted.
