All electronics seem functional and in good condition. All running and standing rigging appears in good shape, 3 new gel batteries, Harken Roller Furling Jib, Newer Jib for furling by North Sails, Newer fully Batten Main also by North Sails, Newer Halyard and Sheets, and 20# Danforth Anchor. Fresh Bottom paint in 2012, Boat is moored in lightly brackish water, so bottom paint is in very good condition, but rudder does have some grass growth currently but diver will be on her to clean that up. This boat appear in very good condition based on it's age and usage, owner is motivated to sell her because he is not able to sail her due to health reasons. Stock #080166 Classic, Bill Shaw design. This vessel appears in very good condition. The owners are in the process of repairing the gunnels that need some attention, and there is a board in the main salon that is being replaced. New exhaust hose and newer mixing elbow; most through hulls replaced in the past 5 years; Ports were replaced about 6 years ago with good quality Newfound Metals ports out of Port Townsend. Simrad wheel pilot with remote; Boat sails very well in low winds with excellent pointing ability. Bottom needs paint in 2019. The jib is a bit undersized.
