1994 Custom Ketch Dashew Style 4JH2-HTBE Health concerns force another price reduction. Reasonable offers encouraged.  "Myth" fits the genre of the Dashew style of fast cruisers like the Sundeer and Deerfoot ranges. Fast cruising that allows one to outrun weather systems and shorten passage times while minimizing rolling and pitching is an enticing alternative to sailing heavy boats that have to motor in light air. Myth has a lightweight epoxy and carbon strengthened construction on a long waterline with moderate six foot draft and a manageable sailplan split between two masts that can pass under ICW bridges. The deck and hull are constructed with Tri-axial fiberglass using only epoxy resin over a Kledgicell foam core. The hull core alone provides this 24,000 pound yacht with 48,120 pounds of ultimate buoyancy. High stress areas on either side of the keel are re-inforced with carbon fiber. Flush decks, center cockpit and a hard dodger complete a design package that reeks of speed and efficiency. The  interior is well lit with white vertical surfaces and overhead. The layout features a desirable owner's aft stateroom with center-line double berth, extensive storage and an engine room that allows easy access to all sides of the motor and systems. The galley is of small apartment proportions in terms of sinks, counter space and storage. The owners of Myth sail to the Caribbean, Florida or the Bahamas each year at speed and in safety. Over the past twenty years Myth has proved herself to be the consummate passagemaker and cruising yacht for a couple. 1987 Custom Tiki Barge w/ Pool A very unique opportunity to purchase a converted barge that has two bars, large pool, bathhouse and food prep areas.  Currently used as the "Tiki Barge" this vessel has become an iconic go to spot on the Chesapeake Bay for drinks and fun as well as serving as the pool and bathhouse for a large and well established marina.  A change in the marinas plans creates this opportunity to buy this craft and start your own business or would serve as a nice addition for another marina looking for a pool, bathhouse and bar/food.

This is a super cool, super custom hand made boat. Are you looking for that item the guy with everything doesn't have? This is it this boat makes a great tender, runabout for running to dinner, or for drinks, or taking off to the nearest sand bar. This is the only one built with these colors. Boat is new never titled and you are purchasing from the builder(me). It will come with a new certificate of origin for the boat and title for the trailer. Engine PDI has not been done so you will get the full Mercury warranty. No expense was spared, this boat has the best of everything. 316 stainless used throughout on boat and trailer. 50hp Merc(2-stroke,with Vengeance stainless performance prop on the back). Very first production model from "Dirty Bird Custom Boats" (7 years in development )!!! I used this particular boat primarily for marketing purposes and has never seen the water(I've built several so I know it will rock and roll), but its time now to move it as I have other projects. The boat is show/water ready! Will consider interesting trades/partial trades(turn-key, no projects!) for car(late model German) or something performance like a Corvette,etc....I am in the market for a Delorean if you got one. Have over $35k into this package just in parts/materials. Waaaay too much to list, so please contact me if you have any questions. Also have a ton more pics as well. • Hand-made from the ground up • Hand-laid biaxial "COFAB" fiberglass (boat exceeds Coast Guard requirements) • Power tilt, power trim, and power trim tabs ( Volvo "QL" series ) • Custom stereo: AM / FM CD Sirus satellite radio, Rockford Fosgate AMP, JBL subwoofer, Boston Acoustic speakers • Custom gauges • Custom seats / upholstery • Sword in-lay in bow with custom L.E.D. lighting • Hand-built custom trailer: dual "flex axles", electric wireless brake system, inner fenders undercoated, L.E.D. lighting, matching wheels and tires , fold-away tongue • Boat and trailer both used 100% stainless hardware. ***NOTE***- this auction is for the boat and trailer only (not box trailer). I would be willing to sell 16ft(2ft v-nose) box trailer at additional cost with the boat(we can negotiate on that) as I was planning on selling it after the boat sold...thanks for looking!
