14.00 Near New Trailer and Motor sailor project READ THE AD Finished boat has large V berth forward, 6' Couch or 1/2 settee, galley with double stainless steel sink and large counter, top load 3" thick insulated ice box/fridge, head separated from shower stall. Full standing room below and very roomy for its size. New marine ply/ Epoxy cabin top is lighter and stronger than the original cabin.Exterior of cabin needs glass. Hull is very flat and beamy in the stern for a sailboat, much like a trawler hull so it will power well. My plan was to use a 40hp 4 stroke. Cockpit has 6'+ cockpit with separate steering station. Shoal draft Keel designed to hold large deep cycle batteries and doubles as ballast. (Boat draws 2.5')Rough cut marine ply and the knee's for the forward bullworks, companion way doors, are down below.Boat has been indoors until the last 3 months, it has been double cover and been stored inland in a dry environment so there is no major checking, the ply has not been exposed to weather. #1400 Lbs. lead keel (approximately $600+ scrap lead) Boat comes with some of the hardware need to finish the boat. Entire interior is coated with 3 coats of epoxy resin and is ready to paint. I have major portion of the rigging, mast and boom section if you need it. I was going to have a roller furling main and jib (Boomless) Current boat weight is aproximately 5200 Lbs. Trailer was custom made for the boat. Entire trailer frame, axles, and each individual leaf springs and hardware where sandblasted, all components and frame where painted with a hand rolled zinc epoxy steel ship primer and and 2 hand roller and brushed coats of polyurethane top coat. Every gap, corner and weld was sealed with primer and paint. New axle, bearings and hubs that have never been in the water. 2 axles have marine disc brakes, new brake lines and a new 10000# Lbs. disc brake actuator. Triple 3000# Lbs. axle design makes launching easy on soft or sand bottom ramps. 6 New Radial tires and new Galvanized wheels. (over $900) Lights and wiring all redone. I do have new fender mounts and the old fenders if you want them. Selling the boat and trailer for WAY less than I have in trailer PARTS alone. Really do not want to sell this but I am moving out of state and can't take it with me. I have current titles for both the boat and trailer and they are in my name.
