This sharp looking boat comes with low-maintenance Certainteed brand vinyl siding (lifetime transferrable warranty) and a metal roof (with a 25 year warranty). This particular Harbor Cottage is a non-propulsion unit, however it is well engineered and designed where we can easily add the engine package of your choice (in-boards, out-boards, bow & stern thrusters and generator) if you so desire. This boat is also very well insulated, unlike many other houseboats - it has R19 in the floors and ceilings and R13 in the walls.
