This Regal Commodore is in amazing condition for its age. There are a few small stress cracks in the gel coat. The seller has taken pride in maintaining this gorgeous vessel. All removable cushions and the full enclosure are kept indoors when not in use. The interior of the cabin is very clean, the carpet has been upgraded as well. There is a very small wear in the seam of one of the cushions as seen in the photo. The current owner has replaced all of the gauges in the instrument panel. They look great! The bottom of the vessel has been painted and is free of damage to the underside. Although there were two underwater LED lights on the stern, one was missing. Stock #444124 Good and Clean Condition! Many places where there will be a project needed to bring it up to speed. There is currently a 2 x 10 laying on the floor of the berth that you must walk on or you will fall through. Apparently, there was water coming into the boat for years from the front that was collecting on the floor and eventually rotted out the wood. On the captain's console panel, one of the buttons was pushed through but it should be an easy fix. My visual inspection showed a lot of wear on the isinglass. Much of it was secured by zip ties, which seemed to keep it in place. Generator has never operated since the seller has owned it. Some of the enclosure material near snap attachments were ripping and might need replacing in the future. I noticed some mildew in the salon on the top of one of the storage compartments.
