The owner states that this 1994 Silverton 31 convertible has all maintenance currently up to date, that the vessel boasts astounding ease of maneuverability, and the engines have smooth and impressive performance with consistent reliability, usability, and ease of maintenance.
Here is a little more information from the owner about the vessel:
"She has twin carbureted crusader 350 XLs that are in very good condition with a Kohler generator that includes the optional sound deadening cover and very low hours.
All the maintenance is up to date with new impellers, new fuel pumps, new converter, new marine air, new bottom paint, new interior stereo, new Roku flat-screen TV, Lowrance, Ray Marine autopilot, and a Garmin charter/plotter. I am the 2nd owner and I have all books, maintenance records, and paperwork from when it was new."

She's in a COVERED SLIP that is TRANSFERRABLE with ownership, as well!
She offers a very nice layout with a roomy flybridge with guest seating and a comfortable amount of interior cabin space.
The aft sundeck has a swim platform mounted on it with a swim ladder aft of the transom door.
The flybridge is also fully enclosed with canvas and isinglass or, for open-air summer use, a Bimini top.
The helm has a set of well-laid-out controls, gauges, and electronics all ergonomically placed including a Garmin GPS/Plotter, VHF, trim tabs, and windlass as well as ample guest seating.
The salon is spacious with a comfortable sleeper sofa that's adjacent to the new Roku flat-screen TV.
Forward of the salon is a full galley with a mini-refrigerator/freezer which operates on ac/dc, a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, sink, and a good amount of counter and cabinet space, plus an enclosed head with a full shower.
It also has the main forward stateroom that offers a good-sized V-berth with interior storage space as well as a berth under the galley, and a sofa sleeper for additional guests.
