2012 Sylvan Mirage Cruise 22 foot LZ configuration with a 1' swim platform and ladder in rear. This style features dual Captain's chairs that swivel and slide. Luxury seating for 12 for maximum fun! The Co-Captains chair area is large enough to place a cooler so that it does not block the aisles. This boat was bought "new" in 2014 and has been well maintained and well cared for. A new single bimini is being installed this month. The snap on playpen cover is also included. The single outboard is a Yamaha 90 with 248 original hours as of April 2017. All annual maintenance on lower unit and motor has been done to dealer recommendations. The price includes the trailer with brakes. The boat has always been stored covered and there are no tears in the seats.
The console is fiberglass with a windscreen and includes tachometer and depth finder. This boat has been configured with dual batteries to play your stereo while the motor is off without killing your battery. The stereo has been upgraded with a 250 Marine Amp and two (2) 8" subwoofer speakers behind each Captain's chair. That is greatly upgraded from the standard speaker fare.
The deck features vinyl flooring, courtesy lighting and two table bases - fore and aft. The table top with cupholders is included. Each seat features 3 cupholders built in behind the bench. There is maximum storage beneath every seat.
This boat is for sale by owner but can be written on the original dealer's paper to obtain financing if desired. This is a Pontoon, not a Tri Toon. We have enjoyed many hours on Alabama's back bays and can tell you it rides very well in the water. Our new boat will also be a dual toon, we do not feel the need for the heavier tri toon.
