This vessel is in excellent condition! As of December 2024, she has a new bottom job with a good anti fouling paint with a one year warranty. Also the owners have installed a brand new transmission at that same time. Upgraded the 11gal water heater. Inside lights, all converted to LED. Installed AGM batteries with an upgraded ProMariner charger. The V-berth mattress and upholstery has recently been updated. Upgraded window treatments, bimini top/canvas, aluminum fuel tank, aluminum water tank. Purasan by Raritan waste treatment system. Updated the pressure water system and dock hook up. There are still a few electrical panel issues but nothing to keep it from being functional. Vessel has windshield wipers but one of the two is operable. The one that is operable needs a new wiper blade. Per the seller, the starter had frozen up so he purchased a new one and replaced it. He purchased a new heat pump ($2K) and had the carburetor rebuilt and is working great. A frame/top has been built and is very sturdy. The seller has purchased another head and will be installing it soon. He will send me a photo after it's installed. Everything is in good working order. Needs to be cleaned up in areas like the head, but the boat has good bones and water worthy. The overall condition of this boat is very good. The Port side Pod has been rebuilt, and the Starboard side has been replaced. So, both are in excellent condition, and ready to go.
