This vessel is in excellent condition! As of December 2024, she has a new bottom job with a good anti fouling paint with a one year warranty. Also the owners have installed a brand new transmission at that same time. Upgraded the 11gal water heater. Inside lights, all converted to LED. Installed AGM batteries with an upgraded ProMariner charger. The V-berth mattress and upholstery has recently been updated. Upgraded window treatments, bimini top/canvas, aluminum fuel tank, aluminum water tank. Purasan by Raritan waste treatment system. Updated the pressure water system and dock hook up. There are hand made custom curtains. They have added black screens to windows. Also owners have remodeled the kitchenette area. You will find an easy access to engine built in from steps in salon.
