Walking around the exterior of the boat it is readily apparent a good deal of care and upkeep have been done on the boat through out it's life. The paint is in really good shape and seems to indicate the boat could be on the water with just minimal effort.
All deck surfaces and fiberglass seem to be in good condition with no noticeable / major flaking of the varnish and clear coat. The bright work does show some pitting in places but a little polish and clean-up would have it shining again and a perfect compliment to the "original" condition of the rest of the boat.
There are a wealth of fit and finish pieces that come with the boat that will be up to the new owner in terms of installation based on how they want to finish out the boat.
The mechanical systems of the boat all seem to be clean and properly maintained but could not be tested during the photo shoot due to the vessel being in storage.
The new owner will likely want to have a mechanic go through things before splashing the boat but it would be surprising if anything beyond possibly fluid changes were needed before getting this 1963 Owens 36 footer in the water.

The seller has had this 2000 Monterey 302 regularly maintained and serviced by a well respected local / regional marine service operation since owning it. Receipts are available for review during a showing or survey.
Both engines and the generator performed as expected on the trip from dry dock to the slip earlier this year and are started occasionally to maintain running order.
There are no hour meters for the engines or generator but both have a documented service history, with receipts, from 2016 when the current owners bought the boat, to present.
Interior and exterior lighting was upgraded to LED service and a new JL Audio system was installed with an amp and subwoofer. The system works below deck but will need to have the amp for the cockpit speakers hooked up to power.
