This boat is in VERY good condition and all systems are working well. Refurbished, restored and repowered sport boat, adult owned all work professionally done. The current owner figured it was time to let someone else enjoy her. Current owner has owned her 20 yrs and has put a lot of work/upgrades into to her! Stock #174472 Completely rebuilt1984 Formula 302-SR1 !! This Formula 302-SR1 has been completely upgraded from the engines to the interior. Powered by twin 465hp Mercruiser 502 engines (brand new 1993, installed in 2008), that's +260hp upgrade! Rebuilt transmission also in 2008, Borg Warner velvet drives. Completely rebuild all soft parts, upgraded to hard parts. New harnesses, new throttle cables all the way to console. All wiring completely rerigged by a marine electrician (2008). New time pumps for drives, brand new SS brackets, new SS lines/hoses also! (See photos) Stereo replaced 2009, new 100amp amplifier, all marine speakers installed. Owner just installed a new GPS ($1,000) 7/3/2022. Original refrigerator available, the area now stores amplifier & 15-amp shore power battery charger. 2 x 29 serious batteries new 2017. Comes with the trailer. All timber replaced 2008, new rugging as well. Reason for selling is age & health.

AC unit may need to be replaced. Great condition. Must see to appreciate the condition. Extremely clean and very well kept batteries just installed. The engines, drives, tabs all work fine. Fires right up and runs great. The interior is in great shape. The boat cover is in average shape. Has a small rip near the buttons in the back but not major. This is a 1994 Formula Thunderbird 382SR1 high performance cruiser.. It is powered by twin 496 Magnum High Output engines and Bravo One outdrives putting out 425 horsepower each. This boat is in excellant condition and has been used primarily in Fresh water. The boat is very fast and also makes a great weekend boat. It sleeps 4 and is very comfortable to stay on. The boat has been meticulously maintained. Long weekends can be enjoyed with a galley, sleeping for four, Air conditioning and a generator. This boat was primarily used in fresh water. Not original motors. Crate dropped in 2002. Never rebuilt. 600 hrs on hull. Reason for selling is motivated to sell as looking to upgrade.

Boat has 380 hours with 65 on 383 Merc 383 Stroker engines. First owner boat was trailered and garaged, I (2nd) have stored boat on lift so the boat has no bottom paint. The 383 (fuel injected) Stokers ($20k upgrade) are Mercuries replacement for original 454's, it is simply the best power to weight ratio, high torque power upgrade for this boat. Strong midrange with 4 blade s/s props (50 mph cruise) and 69 mph top end while burning a fraction of (regular) fuel compared to the original big blocks w/carburetors. For sale - 1989 Formula Thunderbird 292 SR-1, ready for the water. I am listing this boat on behalf of my dad because his health no longer allows him to enjoy it. Fresh water boat, stored inside, twin 454 Mags, dealer serviced, new batteries last year, Lowrance GPS, Cobra CB, Mirage props. Hull has 902 hours, engines run very strong. Good oil pressure and no oil consumption. On-board refrigerator works good, hull was just buffed and waxed. Vinyl is in good shape, tank is full of stabilized non-ethanol gas. This boat will run just under 70 MPH according to the GPS (dash speedometer does not work). Original manuals included. Also included is a 2008 EZ Loader aluminum trailer. Oil bath wheel bearings, just serviced. Trailer tires are in excellent shape, ready to take this beauty to its next owner. If you have any questions, please ask.
