This boat is in VERY good condition and all systems are working well. Refurbished, restored and repowered sport boat, adult owned all work professionally done. The current owner figured it was time to let someone else enjoy her. Current owner has owned her 20 yrs and has put a lot of work/upgrades into to her! Stock #174472 Completely rebuilt1984 Formula 302-SR1 !! This Formula 302-SR1 has been completely upgraded from the engines to the interior. Powered by twin 465hp Mercruiser 502 engines (brand new 1993, installed in 2008), that's +260hp upgrade! Rebuilt transmission also in 2008, Borg Warner velvet drives. Completely rebuild all soft parts, upgraded to hard parts. New harnesses, new throttle cables all the way to console. All wiring completely rerigged by a marine electrician (2008). New time pumps for drives, brand new SS brackets, new SS lines/hoses also! (See photos) Stereo replaced 2009, new 100amp amplifier, all marine speakers installed. Stock #312623 Top-Shelf Cobalt Quality Cruiser, Fast, Sleek, Freshwater and Includes Trailer! Truly an upscale, high-performance cuddy cabin cruiser and fun machine, the Cobalt 343 is what one might call a gentleman's day boat, with room for plenty of guests in comfortable and quality surroundings and performance to make it all exciting and fun. With a large, extended swim platform, both forward and aft sun pads and plenty of wrap-around cockpit seating, this boat is all about being outside on a nice day, but if things get a little snotty or privacy is needed, the cabin boasts an almost equivalent amount of seating. At the helm is a full set of highly visible and legible analog gauges, and as with many high-performance boats also including a GPS speedometer and oil temperature and block water pressure gauges. The twin freshwater-cooled Mercruiser big-block V8s stand on tough Bravo One legs and this power package in concert with the stepped deep-V hull will get the boat up to a top speed of almost a mile a minute, with an efficient cruise at around 40 MPH burning about 3/4 of a gallon per mile, with nimble but solid handling at all speeds. Of course if one is looking at any Cobalt they likely know why, the reputation of Cobalt Boats for extremely well-made vessels of superior build, finish, materials and fitting out is well known, nobody ever got teased or fired for buying one, that's for sure. The boat has been meticulously maintained. Long weekends can be enjoyed with a galley, sleeping for four, Air conditioning and a generator. This boat was primarily used in fresh water.
