The Gibson houseboat looks to be in good condition on the exterior and interior for it's age. There are nice upgrades that the seller has made to the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen areas.
The exterior decking has a not slip finish across the whole boat that is in great condition.
The houseboat was hauled out in 2022, inspected bottom, replaced outdrive upper and lower unit.

This Gibson comfortably sleeps up to 8 people between the aft cabin Queen bed with TV & DVD player, large area in the below deck bunk at the bow and an air bed on the top deck.
At the heart of the houseboat is the kitchen which has new custom cabinets with granite countertops, tiled backsplash and a stainless sink. Appliances include a 3 burner stove, oven and microwave, giving you everything you need for meal prep. There is plenty of storage space, full pantry and brand new refrigerator. The addition of custom fit mirrors throughout the living area for a more spacious looking atmosphere
The bathroom is definitely a highlight with a modern bowl sink, new flooring, switch controlled heated water, macerator toilet, custom made powder coated shower curtain rod and storage area with slide out shelves. Two custom doors are also available for the bathroom and pantry that were made to have tall narrow mirrors attached to them.
There are 3 decks on the houseboat. The deck at the bow has bench seating for 3-4 people and a walk through gate for easy water access. The large rear deck has plenty of space for laying out, adding patio furniture or creating an outdoor kitchen or bbq area. The pass through gate off the rear deck steps down to a custom sanded & sealed swim platform that have been reinforced and powder coated. A 3rd step at the stern/transom area was added in 2024 giving better access into the back of the houseboat. The upper deck is also a highlight of the houseboat with a bimini top and plenty of room for additional seating or sleeping under the stars.
There is non slip decking around the entire exterior of the boat giving it a nice looking finish and providing some extra safety. The front and back of the houseboat are easily accessible with the walkaround design, making it great for families or large groups.
