This Glastron GS279 is in amazing condition for its age. It is very clean inside and out. There did not appear to be any tears or splits in any of the cushions. No major dings or scratches were noticed on the hull or exterior. The bimini top looks to be in great shape. Stock #327799 2006 Glastron GS 279 in Excellent Condition with low hours!!! This Glastron GS279 is a great runabout by day and a family cruiser by night. It has an attractively styled cockpit design, including a one-level fiberglass floor, a portside chaise lounge, a dual helm seat that folds down to create another sunlounge, and a refreshment console with ice box, sink and water faucet. Below deck, the forward cabin features a V-berth/dinette combination; a full galley with refrigerator, microwave oven, alcohol/electric stove; a fiberglass head compartment with sink, shower and china toilet; plus a hot water system. This Glastron is in nice condition. It is stored on a lift. The engine runs well according to the seller. It has not been used regularly since purchased. The systems will need to be checked for proper operation. The vinyl seating is mostly intact, but a few seams are loose. Stock #384151 Express Cruiser with Volvo-Penta 5.7 GI-E Engine & Duo-Prop Outdrive! Air Conditioner! 2005 Glastron GS 279 Sport Cruiser This is a nice Express cruiser. designed to be trailerable with her 8'6" beam, the 279 is one of the larger trailerable mid-cabin express cruisers available. This Express cruiser is well equipped and affordably priced. Glastons were designed with an emphasis on cockpit space for family comfort. There is a doublewide helm/aft-facing seat that converts into a sun pad. A roomy sun lounge is opposite the helm, and there's a removable bench seat at the transom. Additional features include a cockpit sink, an integral swim platform, and a walk-through windshield. Below decks, the cabin of the GS 279 is compact but nicely arranged and has 6' 2" headroom, with a dinette forward that converts to a v berth with a new custom mattress, a head with shower, a galley, and a mid-berth aft with sitting headroom. The cabin has an air conditioner! This is a nice handling boat with a single 280hp Volvo Penta sterndrive engine. Reason for selling is moving.

Two new marine batteries and a bilge pump were installed Summer of 2021. All electronics and mechanics are in working order. The upholstery in the cockpit is in very good condition for its age. There are 2 or 3 places where the stitching is pulling apart. The icebox door is damaged.
