Powered by twin Detroit 16V92's with 850 hours SMOH and 450 hours SMOH(verified major overhauls by Detroit Diesel). These are the best engines for this vessel (12V92's require boat run as very high RPMs. This boat is comfortable at 180-1900 RPM's with her 16V92's). Niad Stabilizers (recent overhaul). New teak flooring in salon, new cook top, new ice maker, new wine cooler. Recent Bottom Job (June 2016, including reconditioning of props, cutless bearings). There is a recent engine survey by RPM that shows perfect compression, and like new condition on engines. There are all new injectors and glow plugs too! Boat must be seen to be appreciated. This boat has been meticulously maintained so if you know boating history, this vessel was the prime of its time!! This mostly original 1967 41' Hatteras Fly Bridge Sport fisherman powered by twin 3208 Cat diesels with 500 hour SMOH. This classic 41 foot Hatteras is the hull that made Hatteras legendary. When men were real men and boats were real boats, this Hatteras hull proved that Hatteras was head and shoulders above the others when it came to engineering and building an offshore fisherman. These hulls are prized for remanufacture projects that compete with the newest and best sports fisherman out there. The wood work is simple gorgeous. Nothing has to be done inside, accept for a new rug. The built in recessed lights in the master bedroom and under the counter in the kitchen. There is sound sound speakers in the salon and a built in stereo system. This boat is sound, and in good mechanical condition; able to be cruised or fished in her present condition with a little TLC. The two stateroom layout provides great accommodations. The boat sleeps a total of 8 people. Two new futon coughs never been slept on. For a bigger boat with more accommodations than today's usual yachts, this Hatteras 41 is surprisingly fuel efficient. The 3208 cruise at 17 knots burning a combined 21 gph, but slow cruise at 9 knots burning only 7 gph. This is a classic design hull with a good roomy interior which is could be a good live aboard, a great family cruiser, The possibilities are endless.
