Update ~ September 13, 2021. 1996 Holiday Mansion Barracuda 39 Houseboat has typical wear and tear for its age. At this time, one of the outdrives is stuck in gear and will need attention. On a recent inspection, one engine started, but the belts broke, and the other engine wouldn't operate due to a bad starter. The bottom will most likely need to be painted. The owner is not living aboard but has quite a few personal furnishings that are not included in the sale. Please check the features list for the included items.
