This 2001 Horizon Custom Houseboat has always been individually owned since it was new and was featured in the March 2002 issue of Houseboat Magazine. Powered by Twin Mercruiser 4.3L engines with Bravo II drives. Sleeps 8-10, has a full galley, 2 full heads, upper deck hard-top with Bimini top over the fly bridge area, depth sounder, great entertainment systems, AC/heat, generator, inverter, battery charger, and shore power. The maple woodwork in perfect condition and there is new carpet throughout. There is a roof-top bar with 4 stools, sink, and refrigerator. There is 1 rear and 2 side mount video cameras with audio. Galley: Maple cabinets throughout. Eat-at bar with 6 stools, full size smooth top stove/oven, under cabinet 30" microwave, full size electric refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and chest freezer. Weber propane grill with cover located on front deck. Full complement of dishes, utensils, cookware, cups, glasses, etc. Extra-depth large pantry with roll-out shelf trays.
Electronics and Navigation: There are 2 VHF radios, depth sounder and compass, 3 flat screen TVs, automatic satellite (tracking) TV system, living room speaker system, DVD player, 2 iPod compatible radio/CD players with 8 speakers and 4 upper deck roof speakers. Cell phone booster antenna, GPS unit.
Electrical System: 12 volt system, 1500 watt-8 battery inverter (batteries were new in 2014), 50 amp battery charger.
Deck and Hull Equipment: Extremely efficient Carrier AquaZone water source heat (and AC) pump (new in 2014), 20 gallon hot water heater, 2 jet ski cradles with individual electric winches. Air compressor with plumbed air lines. Boarding ramp, docking whips with full complement of anchors, ropes, and fenders.
Top Deck and Rigging: New in 2014, a 24'x16' hard top that covers the upper deck area, providing ceiling fans and recessed lighting. A new fly bridge frame with canvas top covers the second captain's station which includes full instrumentation. The upper deck is accessed by front stairs and rear spiral stairs. New rail skirting.
