SIN is highly maneuverable and ideal for bay or ocean cruising. The upper helm offers full visibility from an open flybridge with numerous seating options. In heavy weather, the salon helm provides comfortable, safe operations. The large, main-level cockpit with teak deck has a fixed canopy for protection from sun or rain. Dual Caterpillar diesels provide excellent power for long-range cruising with good fuel consumption and range of over 600 miles. The present, retired owner purchased SIN for a live-aboard lifestyle with his wife. Four staterooms with full- or queen-sized beds provided ample space for year-round cruising. Two staterooms were modified for use as office and walk-in storage areas, but have been returned to berthed staterooms for multiple guests. In 2013, the owner outfitted SIN with new electric stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer and large chest freezer on deck. Additionally, the new 800 gal/day watermaker is the ultimate cruising convenience as it eliminates the need to enter port every few days for fresh water. A new Inverter/Charger and large house battery bank can power the fridge and a separate freezer for ten hours with no shore power and generator off. Cruising also requires frequent access to shore and SIN has a fine dinghy: an 11-ft, center-console Novurania RIB with 40-HP, four-cycle Yamaha outboard for 25-knot cruising. The RIB is mounted in a cradle on the aft swim platform, easily launched by a single person using the electric-powered davit on the port quarter.
