2005 Hunter 27 This sweet little Hunter looks and feels like a new boat - at the fraction of the price. What's not to love about this yacht? With a large V-berth, two settees, and a quarter-berth it can sleep 5. In average condition for age, rigged, and ready to sail away. It has a 8HP Yanmar diesel engine and a marine head. Boat is currently in the water at North Point Marina, Winthrop Harbor IL. Boat spent most of life in California, as I am active-duty military. Engine, head, tanks and bilge were completely winterized before storage. Rebuilt alternator. All internal gaskets and impeller were replaced prior to 2016 launch. Fiberglass is in good condition with no leaks, decks are solid. Deck foam under mast pressure epoxy filled and sealed as preventative maintenance when last survey revealed a few hollow core areas. Boat has a clear Wisconsin title. Expires April 2019.
