I just cruised on it for 3 weeks sailing around Chesapeake Bay and Tangier Island. I last sailed on it 10/13/2015. Engine: 9 hp Yanmar 1-cylinder motor just re-built by AmPro, including new Racor fuel filter, new impeller, oil change, alternator belt, variety of gaskets. Sails: 1-mainsail, 1-110 jib, 1-150 genoa. Mainsail is old but useable, small hole towards the bottom. It probably has another season left in it. It works fine, but I would recommend stitching. Jib is good. Genoa is a good sail, but has a tear in the bottom. There is a sewing expert (Will - don't remember his last name) around the corner who can fix each of these rips for about $40 each by next day. Installed new automatic bilge and toilet pump handle. Both batteries hold charge well. Icebox, settee, cabin, lights, mast, anchor, rigging, winches, all good. My first marina gave a reversed polarity, so I switched the wires for AC power. They may need to be put back to original position as this marina gives a reversed polarity light. Many other extras; AC cable, water hose, fenders, bimini, trickle charger, 2-hand bilges, life jackets, yanmar spare parts, etc.) I'm selling because I am getting a bigger boat.
