The current owner purchased the Intercat in 2024, and it has a long history of sailing on the Gulf Coast. The bottom was scraped and painted, and the SeaDek was added in 2022. The bimini, dodger, and Raymarine unit are recent additions. The autopilot was added in 2024. Some of the old gauges don't function but are redundant to the Raymarine MFD. The mainsail is older but in useful condition.
The companionway hatch was dry and tight. The bilges were dry, and overall, the cabin was dry. The port-side stateroom porthole was open during a rain storm and moisture can be seen under the window in the photo. The porthole closes normally.
The air conditioning system is not functioning.
