1993 Island Packet Cutter
This is a well equipped IP 35. "Copasetic" recently returned from 2500nm, six month long, North Atlantic Solo Sailing Adventure which included stops in south Florida, Bermuda, and New York. She is set-up to be single-handed or short handed and she is ready to go sailing again!

1983 Island Gypsy Trawler

The Kong & Halvorsen Island Gypsy is known to be a well-built vessel, and "Cachalot" is no exception. Although she needs a little cosmetic TLC on the exterior here and there (paint), she is ready to go whenever you are, and she has had some recent upgrades including 16,000 BTU Reverse Cycle Heat/AC(10/15), recent batteries: (1) 4D and (3) group 27, low hours on Lehman 120hp diesel (290 hours since rebuild), fresh exterior varnish (Epiphanes), recently recovered salon cushions, and newly varnished parquet sole. This is a nice little boat!
1991 Island Packet 35
A fine example of these world cruisers and live-aboard vessels. Her life started in Lake Superior, in Wisconsin, and then she was moved to Texas. The owners at the time cruised her for a number of years across the gulf to the Bahamas, and ended up in Charleston. The boat then spent an extended period of time in Charleston, including a trip to the Bahamas. She then returned to Wisconsin in 2008, and has been in fresh water since then.
This boat has always been maintained and consistently upgraded. She is mechanically sound, has all the comforts of home, and is ready to go cruising. The boat is in excellent condition, and just needs to be provisioned before untying the lines.

The Island Packet 38 is one of best loved models the company has ever produced, and is capable of cruising anywhere in the world you wish to go. Many have circumnavigated. This particular boat is a simply equipped example, and has a recently Awlgripped hull, and new Sunbrella dodger and mainsail cover.
