Battery, carburator, exhaust manifolds, exhaust elbows, and bilge pump all replaced last year out of an abundance of caution as I intended to keep it another decade. Everything works great except it needs a new radio. Low hours. Serviced by J.B.'s Marine (every year, most recently in March).
