1989 Island Packet Centerboard The Owner's of "Mary Time" just called me and said we want her SOLD, Just Reduced $10,000 to $79,900 !!! "Mary Time" is an EXCELLENT example of the popular Island Packet 35 with a centerboard!! She has been VERY WELL maintained by her ONLY OWNER since she was new and it shows. In January 2015 all of her Teak was refinished with Cetol, 3 coats of regular and 2 coats of Gloss and the hull was compounded, buffed and waxed and boy does it shine. She has only 1328 hours on her Yanmar 35 HP engine and was kept on Fresh Water the first three years after commissioning. 1984 Island Packet 31 Centerboard This is a well-kept boat by a knowledgeable owner. Just bottom painted, added new batteries, prop treated, and hull waxed - July 2016!!! The Island Packet's interior offers teak bulkheads and trim, teak and holly sole, and a generous amount of storage. Her huge interior and solid construction are a big part of her allure, notwithstanding the good name that the Island Packet Yachts brand has built. She is a moderate-sized cruiser that has incredible interior volume and comfort with a smooth, soft motion in a seaway. She is perfect for shallow water cruising grounds since St. Ories is a center-board model. Only 3' with the board up! Check out the specifications and pictures.
