Boat was purchased in 2007 and was completely refitted in 2008 & 2009 including all new 110 shore power, all new standing and running rigging, new dodger and bimini, all new interior, new refrigeration, new water heater and pump. Rebuilt propane stove and oven. All new extra thick tinted hatches and main windows. New electronics included . Garmin GPS at helm. Raymarine radar and plotter at chart table, new standard horizon VHF with AIS, Raymarine autopilot, new stereo. Tactics wireless speed depth & wind. Bottom job with multiple layers of Interlux 2000 barrier coat. Hull is red with white striping. Bottom paint is Petit Vivid in white

"Outre Mer" is a well maintained example of the Jeanneau Sun Fizz design by Phillipe Briand.
