2006 Lagoon 440
The Lagoon 440 is one of the most popular catamaran designs of all time. This vessel has four guest cabins, each with ensuite head, plus two single crew cabins - one in each bow. The main salon is large with 360 degree panoramic windows around to capture fantastic views. The large L-shaped galley has lots of counter space and lots of cabinet storage. There is a nav station and large salon table perfect for entertaining and dining.
The aft deck has a hard fiberglass roof and large table with seating. There is spacious deck space for relaxing,complete with a forward cockpit with seating and large storage areas.
This much sought after design has a reputation for solid performance combined with tremendous cruising comfort.

PRIVATELY OWNED FROM NEW AND MAINTAINED AND PRESENTED IN FIRST CLASS CONDITION. FULLY FITTED OUT AS LIVEABOARD WITH 540 W SOLAR PANELS AND 4 X RUTLAND WIND GENERATORS.
MAI TAI sailed from Europe, south to the Canary Islands then across on the A.R.C. to St. Lucia in 2010 where she was based for three years out of one of the nicest marinas in the Caribbean. Friendly live-aboard couple are happy to show their well kept boat to interested parties. Serious inquiries only please.
MAI TAI was hauled in mid-Nov 2011 for complete service on engines and sail drives (seals/bearings) and fresh anti fouling was applied to both hulls and aluminum anti primer and paint to her sail drives. Owner has installed six brand new 8D AGM Deep Cycle DEKA House Batteries in December 2011. This Lagoon 440 has always been kept in excellent condition by only two private owners and is not an ex-charter boat.
