1999 Little Harbor Whisper Jet 38 A rare find -- 1999 custom Little Harbor Whisper Jet 38. Powered by twin 350 HP Yanmar diesels. This boat was designed by America's Cup legend Ted Hood and built by Little Harbor Custom Yachts in Rhode Island. The boat has an overall length of 38' with a 12'6" beam. It draws one foot and has a dry weight of 18000 pounds. It cruises to a maximum speed of 32 knots. You will find spacious seating on the bridge deck which includes a transom settee and a centerline transom door. There is plenty of room for entertainment and the custom hardtop allows for a totally enclosed climate controlled space. Below deck you will find three double berths-one forward and one each port and starboard. The galley is to the port side and the enclosed head with shower is starboard aft. In the galley you will find features such as a Magic Chef Microwave, a 2 burner Euro Style Cooktop, a Norcold DE-451 Refrigerator as well as a stainless sink. All of the varnish onboard has been stripped and refinished. The bottom has been completely taken down and redone. The boat has been stored in a climate controlled building and is under a dust cover.
