The condition of the vessel is excellent. Maintained with a bottomless checkbook. The hull and topsides are waxed 2x per season following spring commissioning, the bottom is perfect with new Micron 66 but is cleaned twice per month. Running gear has propspeed. The owner has invested more than the asking price getting everything right and upgrading since he purchased the boat in 2018. Stock #218618 This vessel was SOLD on May 7. Big, sleek, stylish and roomy, with good speed and handling, this fifty foot luxury cruiser is for those who like to enjoy their creature comforts wherever they go, and this particular vessel is the only "turn-key" listing on the market, completely refit over the last 3 years and ready for a new buyer as seller is moving up and the boat must go. The current owner relocated the boat from a fresh water river in Florida to a fresh water river in CT after purchasing her from another meticulous owner in 2018, she is now in Stamford, CT ready for viewing and, if in contract, full survey and trial. This is a boat that has been professionally maintained throughout most of her fresh water life, if not the very best of this vintage available on the market she is certainly one of them. With twin CAT 3196's with recent 3,000 hour performed early (at 2,500 hours), a brand new Kohler 11kw genset with 200 hours replaced in 2019, this is a vessel that will serve the next owner well, virtually trouble free. Updated electronics include new double screen Garmin electronic gps/chart plotter with integrated new Garmin radar and fish finder, and remote wireless autopilot. Perfectly comfortable for extended cruising with a great range at cruise speeds of over 500 miles with 600 gallons of fuel. Typical cruise is at 24-25kts burning about 30 gph at 1800-1850 rpm. The boat handles well and its performance can be attested to the fact that Sea Ray still uses this hull some 20 years later, and when you need to get up and go to beat weather changes, the boat is capable of 34-35 mph. With three zones of climate control, plenty of fuel, water, and power generation, excursions from hours to weeks are handled with aplomb. There is even an onboard washer/dryer for the longer stays. Missions of all kinds to be contemplated, planned and executed or... just providing great dockside entertainment and relaxation. For such entertainment, you've got a large cockpit with plenty of seating, room for three or four more at the helm. A curved staircase leads down into the salon where wrap-around seating is sufficient for ten or so, depending on how well-fed. The galley includes a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, three-burner stove, lots of counter space, cabinetry, and storage. Other domestic provisions include ample water and waste systems capacity, two heads with showers and Vacu-flush toilets, 168 gallons of fresh water, a 20-gallon hot water heater, and concealed washer/dryer. A home away from home. Under the deck is a spotless and well-lighted engine room with a pair of 660 horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines move you along at a typical cruise of 27 at around 1,850 rpm, with a top speed under WOT of about 35 mph. For docking assistance, you can cheat with the bow thruster. And systems galore... full navigation electronics of course, with dual satellite TV dish antennas, and a stereo with speakers everywhere. A newer 11kw generator and ten storage batteries, most new over the last year, are incorporated into both the 12 volt house and 24 volt primary electrical systems. And if being a polished gem of an offering is not enough, she also has full fuel and dockage is prepaid through the balance of the season. Basically she is ready to go and enjoy, with high confidence and trouble free. If you are in the market for a full sized diesel cruiser with an incredible track record for high quality manufacturing, market and resale value you really should give this one serious consideration.

The photos tell the story, this is a regularly used and maintained vessel in good to better overall operating and cosmetic condition. Owner reports the main is almost new, genoa getting a bit tired, the engine runs well, most systems present function properly. Stock #202316 Very Nice Condition, Easily Handled Masthead Sloop For Day Sailing Or Extended Cruising A solid, reliable and conventional design this Tartan 34 is a tried and true cruiser with roots back to the sixties. As with any transportation mode, automobile, aircraft, everything is a compromise that results in a package for the particular user, in this case, the result is an easy single-handed, decent performing, forgiving and reliable vessel popular with day sailors and cruisers alike. With plenty of room in the cabin for four to six folks weekend excursions are not uncomfortable, and for one or two couples or a small family quite pleasurable. In particular, the aft berth is nicely open to the main cabin, not your usual snake den or spelunker special, and the overall interior scheme and feel is that of light and airy, even when cluttered up with the usual sailor/camper baggage, So, read the reviews, study the photos, the boat is what it is, if you know what you want you know what you are looking at, and if you are looking at what you want make a move, and if you don't know what you want by all means lay down on the couch and discuss it with your broker.. the doctor is in. Reason for selling is need a bigger boat.

The photos tell the cosmetic story, an older boat in serviceable condition, only one soft area noted at the bow, shown in the photo with surveyor hammer, otherwise solid everywhere despite a few gel coat cracks, nicks and scrapes here and there, kept out on a mooring, the boat could use some love. Stock #218802 35 Mark II racer/cruiser, Powered with a Yanmar diesel now with low hours. Boat professionally rewired 5 years ago! Known as a fast cruiser at the least, a racer at best, with a respectable PHRF of 126 the C&C 35 has been a favorite of many for decades. With good looking lines, familiar equipment, and the typical layout of the era this boat will be like slipping on an old shoe for the experienced sailor, and an affordable experiment in the art for those not. The current owners opted to use the tiller instead of the wheel for more cockpit space since when they are sailing they like to be topside. The rigging is comprehensive, all lines to the cockpit for single-handing with ease, with roller furling jib. Down below you have the standard layout, an aft quarter berth to starboard that doubles as a seat at the nav station, galley to port with stove, oven, icebox, and double sink, and the balance of the large cabin taken by generous bench seating at a wrap-around convertible dinette. Forward are the head and v-berth as well as a hanging locker. Everything needed for weekend cruising and more, all at speeds that make things fun, actually getting there in a reasonable amount of time. So, read the reviews, study the photos, if you are looking for performance, space, and accommodations on a budget this old girl might be just the ticket, they literally do not make them like this anymore. Reason for selling is too many boats.

The photos tell the story, the boat is in overall good condition, needs bottom paint, sail and running rigging in good shape, seller reports that everything works as it should and the engine runs well. Stock #227867 ***SALE PENDING*** Fast, Easy To Handle Cat-Rigged Cruiser In Excellent Condition. Designed by Mark Ellis at the request of a famous Canadian racing sailor who wanted a fast, easy-to-handle cruising boat for his retirement, the Nonsuch series are among the most popular alternative-rigged production boats ever built. The most distinctive feature of any Nonsuch is its sail plan. A freestanding aluminum mast placed far forward in the bow of the boat supports a loose-footed mainsail that is hoisted inside a wishbone boom, the end of which is sheeted to the boat's transom. The boom, because it is canted downwards, acts as a vang and keeps the clew of the sail from riding up as it is eased. Sail shape is controlled with a "choker" line, which when tightened pulls the boom aft in relation to the mast, thus flattening the sail, and when loosened allows the boom to shift forward, thus increasing draft. The only other controls aside from the halyard are slab-reefing lines for the tack and clew. The reefed portion of the sail, or the entire sail when doused, falls unassisted into a set of permanently rigged lazy jacks hanging under the boom. The generous beam of the boat provides for a lot of stability and allows for an enormous interior, as roomy as found in a typical thirty-foot boat. This particular boat is in the "classic" layout, with two quarter-berths aft and a saloon with two full-length settees all the way forward. The galley features the usual sailboat fare, a propane stove/oven, sink, and icebox, and the boat also has a built-in propane space heater as well as a propane on-demand hot water heater for the shower... far more effective and practical than the typical engine or electric/engine-heated 6-gallon units usually found o these boats. It is likely you are looking at a Nonsuch because you know what it is and why you might want one, others will note the unusual design and read up about the pros and cons thereof, in the end, what you have is a good, solid, easy to handle boat popular among those just starting their boating lives as well as those nearing the sunset years looking to stay on the water with less effort. Reason for selling is no more time for boating.
