1982 Cape Dory 27 Masthead Sloop This 1982 Cape Dory has been meticulously maintained by its current owner and its two previous owners. For the first 20 years it was kept in fresh water on the Ohio River in Kentucky and for the last 15 it has been used for salt water cruising from Maine to Connecticut. She is in very clean condition and comes with a custom Fairclough Winter cover. She will have a fresh coat of bottom paint and will be ready for the 2017 season. 1983 Cape Dory 25D Carl Alberg designed this full keel 25' to look and handle like much larger sailboats. This Cape Dory 25D, with her tall mast and large foretriangle, is a powerful windward performer, and she's diesel-powered. The main salon with 5'11" headroom, berths for four and L-shaped galley, is exceptionally spacious because the traditional forward V-berths have been eliminated. In their place is a larger head with vanity, wet and dry hanging lockers, and a shower. This unique forepeak layout is perfect for the cruising couple or family.
