1994 Sabre 362 Wing Keel The CHINOOK is a 1994 model SABRE 362 with the desirable Wing Keel option that provides excellent performance and a nominal 4'8" draft too. The S362 was one of the most popular .. and successful .. designs by Jim Taylor for SABRE YACHTS over the years and the CHINOOK is the 29th example of 120 produced through 2003! The combination of outstanding performance, a great cockpit, an effective (2) stateroom layout with a separate stall shower, very good interior joinery and attractive & traditional lines make the SABRE 362 a sought-after "performance cruiser" in today's market. The CHINOOK had her topsides finished with Dark Blue AWLGRIP in 2002. At that time, the boot-tops & cover stripe had the White AWLGRIP treatment as well. The RAYMARINE ST290 Series performance & RL70C navigation (including GPS, chart plotter & radar) electronics and ST290 autopilot make for a nice, effective & up-to-date package. The SUNBRELLA Dark Blue dodger & Bimini are in excellent condition. The cruising sail inventory includes a UK SAILMAKERS Main w/ a DUTCHMAN Sail Flaking System, a 150% Genoa & an Asymmetrical spinnaker.   The CHINOOK is offered for brokerage sail as her Owners are looking to both downsize and to accommodate travel plans as well. With only two Owners since the 1994 Season, her superior overall condition & equipage is a hard-to-find commodity in today's brokerage marketplace. As her asking price has just been dramatically reduced, appointments for viewings for the CHINOOK are encouraged!

1986 Bristol 35.5 CB The MIGRANT is a good example of this classic BRISTOL 35.5 Centerboard design by Dieter Empacher of the Ted Hood design group. Produced by BRISTOL YACHTS from 1978 through the late 1980's, the "35.5" model (both "centerboard" & "keel" versions) demonstrated that the art of of building an affordable yacht with such features as a high level of quality, outstanding varnished matching-grain BRUNZEEL Mahogany (teak was an available option) joinery throughout, a "real" teak & ash-inlay cabin sole was certainly within capability. The MIGRANT was completed as a 1986 model BRISTOL 35.5 CB version and was delivered to her first Owner later that year. Exceptionally strong, good-looking (to say the least) and well-appointed are watchwords to best describe the BRISTOL 35.5 and particularily the "MIGRANT". She's is a well-found BRISTOL 35.5 as a review of her overall Listing details will attest. Her Aristo Blue AWLGRIP topsides plus the included desirable Factory options such as the desirable centerboard, the high-flared teak toe rail, the teak & stainless steel rub rail, the stainless steel traveler bridge (to name but just a few!) .. plus the YANMAR 3GM repower in 1993 .. all combine to make the MIGRANT a perfect BRISTOL 35.5 CB to acquire for a long-term Ownership. The MIGRANT has been stored indoors since the Fall of 2015 to date at our Brewer Pilots Point North Yard facility in Westbrook, CT. Before her transit to this area she was in a long-term storage mode in NC for two years. Her lower below-Market asking price reflects the some recommended cosmetic varnish work & detailing & minor maintenance that would complete this Bristol Picture, so to speak! Stored indoors, she's easy to view so inspections and offers are both to be encouraged for the MIGRANT.

Her interior & exterior, to include all systems & the teak decks, are just in superb condition as one would expect. She was only just introduced to salt-water and under new Ownership in 2014! Since her recent acquisition in the late Summer of 2014, the "MANITOU" has had significant improvements and upgrades implemented to complement her outstanding overall condition. Starting with a "full bottom job" last in the Fall of 2014, her complement of communication and navigation & performance electronics and the autopilot has all been updated with the most current ICOM and FURUNO units, The "MANITOU" also has had her sails, running rigging & all the yachts' systems brought up-to-date re maintenance, replacement or improvement. As ably demonstrated by the performance and features of the HR 39, the "MANITOU" is being offered for brokerage sale now due to the Owners' desire to acquire a larger HALLBERG-RASSY for more extended cruising with Family & friends. The "MANITOU" represents a unique opportunity to acquire the desirable HR 39 Mk II version that is in both the condition and equipage configuration that is "second to none" and with all the benefits of that a knowledgeable and experienced Owner can provide.

1984 Catalina 30 The LIBERTY is a good example of the Catalina 30 which is one of the most popular sailboats ever produced with over 6,000 built from 1976 through 2008! Built in 1984, she is the "Mark I" version and has the "standard" Catalina 30 sailplan, draft and interior layout.   The LIBERTY does feature a very good maintenance protocol over the years. She was repowered in 2005 with a UNIVERSAL M3-20B diesel that has only a few hundred hours logged since then. Her Dark Blue SUNBRELLA dodger and Bimini top are in nice shape. The relatively new GARMIN 700 GPS is a nice update as well. "Clean and simple" does have it's merits and especially at the relatively-low asking price! Acquired by her present Owner in the Spring of 2014, the LIBERTY's Survey provided a good report that resulted in a purchase .. so that fact alone does take a lot of risk factors out the process of acquiring a boat of her vintage. Presently stored at our Brewer Yacht Yard facility in Mamaroneck, NY, the LIBERTY is easy to inspect. Given the implicit value for both the Catalina 30 and the LIBERTY in particular, appointments are to be encouraged for clients who are looking for a good buy for the 2017 Season!

1986 O'Day 31 The SILVER HEELS, a 1986 model, is a nicely-kept & equipped example of the O'DAY 31. This was a very successful design as produced from 1985 through 1988 with 150 being built. Fast & with a very effective interior layout, the O'DAY 31's "scoop" transom was also a big feature improvement over her competitors of that era. With the O'DAY 31 being noted for "Performance Cruising" capabilities, the SILVER HEELS features a 2006 NORTH SAILS Main & Genoa, HOOD roller-furling, an Asymmetrical Spinnaker, MARTEC folding prop, full Navigation & Performance electronics & an Autopilot and a Dodger & Awning. The self-tailing 2) speed winches, adjustable genoa cars from the Cockpit & upgraded mainsheet traveler system are all desirable enhancements. The custom FAIRCLOUGH canvas winter cover is included as well. Her Owners have also been diligent in the overall maintenance of the yacht as a review of the Listing will reveal. The SILVER HEELS is offered for brokerage sale this Spring as the Owners have moved up to a larger sailboat .. by the same Manufacturer too .. as their O'DAY 31 provided exemplary service to this Family for the past six years! This is a nice, ready-to-go package and, in this size & price range, "hard to beat".
