1978 Ericson 35 Mark II
This Ericson 35 MKII is located here at our facility in Noank, CT. and can be easiy shown by appointment. She is powered by a fresh water cooled Volvo MD11C 23hp diesel. Interior layout consists of a quarterberth on the port side, sea berth starboard, double berth on port (using table), V-berth forward. Galley on starboard side near companionway. Head to port before V-berth. Hanging locker across from head. Several cabinets and drawers for storage. Storage also on wall shelves and under berths.

This Ericson Sloop rigged vessel is mechanic owned and in good condition for her age. She has wheel steering, Garmin GPS, CDI roller furling, Engine updated with electronic ignition, and electronic fuel pump. Salon and V berth cushions new in 08', main sail and genoa in good condition, spinnaker in excellent condition. Fresh bottom paint this year and new exhaust in 2014. 2 boat owner is motivated to sell.
