2014 X-Yachts Xp-38
This Xp-38 was delivered in the fall of 2014, just in time for the Annapolis Boat Show. She was sold directly after the show and delivered to a warm shed in Connecticut for winter storage.
After only one season of use, she is being sold as the owner is forced to re-locate to an inland location.
She is the rare, shorter draft version of this exciting cruiser/racer. Fully equipped and as new, she is easy to view in her indoor storage. Ready to go for the 2016 season at well below new-boat cost.
2015 NEEL TRIMARANS Racing 45
As the U.S. representative for NEEL Trimarans, we are pleased to have this boat as our Demo model. She will be displayed at the Miami Boat Show in 2016.
By way of delivery, she was entered in the 2015 ARC Rally, and crossed the Atlantic, winning first in the Multihull Class. She finished 11th overall, behind a Volvo boat and other monohulls up to 102' in length.

1957 Dragon Class Olympic
This Dragon was built by Børresen (Denmark) in 1957. She is now in sailing condition, having undergone a thorough restoration the winter of 2011 -2012. Details of the restoration are in Specifications..
Her history includes a very good racing pedigree: She was sailed to 4th place in the 1968 Olympics and she won 1961 Dulles Cup.
Having spent a great deal on the restoration, the owner simply wants to pass her on to a caring, new owner who will appreciate her.

Sirena has been completely rebuilt in the past 2 years. Both hull and deck were reglassed and painted, engine rebuilt with only 15 hours on it, Many of the new items include: new fuel tank, new winches, new cutlass bearing, new shaft, new bilge pumps (manual and electric), new water pump etc....It would be far more efficient to buy this beautifully refit boat than it would to buy and old one and attempt to restore it to the same condition.

Big price reduction on this great boat. I recently sailed in the Marblehead/Halifax race on Sarah and can attest to fact everything is clicking perfectly.
