If you're standing by the companionway ladder, the U-shaped galley is located to starboard and opposite is a forward-facing navigation table whose seat is the head of the quarter berth. Moving into the saloon with its 6' 2" of headroom, there is a teak table surrounded by large wraparound seats which folds down to form a double berth, and a long settee to starboard. There is storage space under the seat. The V-berth in the forward cabin contains lots of storage space under hatches and in drawers. There is a hanging locker for clothing. The head is aft of this cabin to port and contains a toilet, a sink, a shower, and storage space. Remove the companionway ladder and you have excellent access to the engine. Reason for selling is no longer using.

1977 Ericson 32-2, I'd like to introduce you to the 'Grey Finn'... a beautifully designed sailboat. Original 'bill of sale' and documents navigating her journey in 1977 out of California, through the Panama Canal, up the eastern seaboard, and finally settling back in to her current home at the docks of Isla Del Sol Yacht Club. A classic California sloop designed by the renowned Bruce King in 1977. A well respected vessel for both liveaboards and day users alike. Her bow berth will sleep 2 adults comfortably, with side lights and a hatch for comfort day and night alike. In the salon, a settee folds down to make a second berth, where two children or one adult will sleep comfortably. A third berth, appropriately named a coffin berth or quarter berth, is located on the port side, tucked under the pilot station. Sleeps 4 comfortably, and 5 in a pinch. Potential live aboard, smaller sized vessels have gone comfortably around the world, but if you're dreams are more realistic, this has been a VERY fun and enjoyable boat to own with my family. Surveyed in 2014, included in saleClean title, current registrationUSCG approved vessel, as inspected and given status March 2016Bottom needs paint, a haul out and paint job has been quoted at $1800.I'm not aware of the total engine hours, but consider that a new Yanmar diesel was installed since her first journey. This diesel has been serviced by Yacht Power out of St. Petersburg. Other repairs have been done by Brad Kadau, the owner of Paradise Yacht Service. The bottom has been cleaned once a month by Tropical Dive Service. A new bimini top was installed in 2015 with stainless steel tubing and sunbrella fabric.A new quarter berth cushion was made in 2016, using high comfort foam and sunbrella fabric.Air conditioning unit is included in the sale of this boat. It is a hatch mounted CruisAir model and easily runs off shore power or a generator if you have one aboard.A new septic system was installed in 2016.A new gas tank was installed in 2016.A new gas BBQ grill was installed in 2014.Over the time that we've owner her, I've detected small leaks from the deck, nothing major or more than a drip. I've done my best to keep up with these which tend to occur mostly at the stanchion mount. 1985 Ericson 32 Brokers Comments: I have been selling boats for 15 years and this is one of the very best I have ever seen in all those years. It is in spectacular condition inside and out and it is L-O-A-D-E-D with equipment. Not only is the boat loaded and clean, but it has been lovingly maintained. The cabin sole looks like the surface of a piano. There is no evidence of any leaks anywhere. This boat is special. At the time this boat was built in 1985, Ericson was considered a high-end builder and the quality of construction and finish is evident throughout. The hull has an extensive "tri-axial force grid" that anchors the loads of mast, shrouds and keel, creating an extremely rigid structure. This no doubt contributes to the fact that Tradewinds shows no signs of stress cracks or leaking. The rig on this boat is special too, since there is a detachable inner forestay with heavy weather jib in addition to the genoa on the roller-furler. This can be set up very quickly. The mast is a black painted double-spreader section in great shape. The electronics set-up features six (6) Nexus displays that allow you to see a wide variety of data all at the same time. There is a Garmin 215 chartplotter/GPS at the helm. "Tradewinds" is a special boat in every way, and she only draws 4' 4" for access to virtually any harbor. She has a powerful diesel engine, lots of sails, every imaginable option, and has had tender loving care by her original and her current owner, all on Lake Erie. If you are looking for something that is a cut above the run-of-the-mill used boat, then "Tradewinds" is worth a serious look.

1970 Ericson 32 Mark II,Solid built, Reliable, and Affordable Cabin CruiserReady to sail live aboard with 30HP inboard diesel. Great design, proven in many ocean cruising expeditions. Very good condition. 100% self-sustainable sailboat. Good boat for a great price. Ready to sail.I've owned the boat for about a year and maintained it. I have all the papers and previous work done. The engine was serviced about 1.5 years ago, it runs like a top. I recently removed the bimini canvas due to age and the battens on the main are missing. I must sell this boat! I'm in the military and moving to Colorado. It's thousands less than what I paid and just enough to cover what I owe. Please call with any questions. If your interested, you can check it out.
