This 1985 ERICSON 35-3 appears to be in excellent condition both inside and out. The hull is getting ready to be bottom painted for the season. NEW VETUS diesel engine with 33 HP !! The boat is winterized and on the hard so I was not able to visually inspect the sails and the rigging but the Owner states the sails are in good condition. The "Tri-axial Force Grid distributes mast induced loads through a network of hollow floor beams, significantly improving the hull's stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio. The owner says the boat has not been used in the entire Covid period. The hatch has been replaced with plywood. The engine has not been started in 2 years. This 1976 Ericson 35 is in good overall condition for her age. All systems are in good operating condition and the Atomic 4 diesel engine is in good condition and runs well, the owner confirms. Mostly mahogany but also teak wood is used. A good amount of storage is available and she is equipped with 25 gallons of freshwater. There is a head, shower and an offset dinette for sharing meals.
