This sailboat had a recent haulout where a bottom job was completed. It is a used classic sailboat in better than expected condition. The exterior gelcoat is in typical condition. The current owner indicated that, besides a couple of navigations lights that need to be replaced, all mechanical and electrical systems are in working order. Stock #278016 Beautiful Bruce King design! Ready to get on the water and enjoy! The Ericson 29 was built between 1970 and 1978 and is a popular overnight cruiser in the Bay and beyond. Well designed and sails well in the Pacific Coast waters. The design has sleeping accommodations for five people, with a double V-berth in the bow cabin and two straight settee quarter berths in the main cabin along with a drop-leaf table and one quarter berth aft on the starboard side. The galley is located on the port side just forward of the companionway ladder. The galley is L-shaped and is equipped with an icebox and a sink. The head is located just aft of the bow cabin on the starboard side. Priced to sell so don't wait too long!

The owner says the boat has not been used in the entire Covid period. The hatch has been replaced with plywood. The engine has not been started in 2 years. It has not been sailed in at least that long. There is a battery but it has not been charged in over 2 years so it has to be considered dead. The seller does not know the condition of the sails and is not a sailor. He purchased the boat to stay on when he is in San Diego. He lives out of state. The Ericson 29 was built between 1970 and 1978 and is a popular overnight cruiser to the channel islands. Well designed and sails well in the Pacific Coast waters. This 1976 Ericson 35 is in good overall condition for her age. All systems are in good operating condition and the Atomic 4 diesel engine is in good condition and runs well, the owner confirms. Hours are unknown. There are no service records. Stock #245799 Great condition Ericson! New bottom job, new batteries, 1.5 years left on FULLY PAID, transferable slip!! This is a 1976 Ericson 35 designed by Bruce King. There were 500 of these vessels made up until 1981. These are very well-made boats with thick fiberglass hulls. They are very capable boats, you can sail the coast or around the world. This Ericson 35 an excellent choice for any sailor. The Ericson 35 is very roomy throughout the interior. Mostly mahogany but also teak wood is used. A good amount of storage is available and she is equipped with 25 gallons of freshwater. There is a head, shower and an offset dinette for sharing meals. This is a great family cruising boat and is priced very well. The sellers are motivated so please don't delay in calling us. This market is extremely brisk and this Ericson 35 will not be around long! Reason for selling is not using anymore.

She has been very well cared for by her owners. The exterior condition is in good condition and consistent with its age. The interior is spacious and in better than expected condition.
