This is cleanest, best equipped Hunter 290 I have seen. The well thought out interior layout of the Hunter 290 makes for some surprisingly spacious and comfortable accommodations. The 290's deck layout and cockpit configuration make it a breeze to sail. The owner purchased her in March of 2016 and added a fridge, autopilot, electric windlass, new bimini canvas, winch covers and rail covers. She was also recently haul out for new bottom paint and hull waxing. A move to the Caribbean has forced the owner to sadly sell her.  Call, text, or email to schedule a showing. 1978 Gulfstar 50 **PREPARE TO BE WOWED** This timeless beauty has all the creature comforts of a new sail boat all wrapped up in a classic, well-layed out, fantastically designed bundle.  And if you don't know Gulfstars, they hold their value for a good reason - they're solid, quality boats!  So come check her out, Oceanne won't be on the market for long!!   The GS 50 was the best boat Gulfstar ever built and also the most popular, with 172 hulls launched during a six-year production run that ended in 1980. Designed by Lazzara himself as a performance cruiser, the GS 50 boasts superior interior joinery, generous accommodations, robust construction, and a well proportioned hull and rig. These days it is one of the best values on the brokerage market in a larger center-cockpit boat. For most owners the boats most attractive feature is its interior. The more popular layout, originally developed for the charter trade, features three staterooms and works very well for families. The master stateroom aft with an en suite head and separate shower boasts an enormous U-shaped double berth with enough space for a couple to sleep together athwartship while in harbor or separately in lateral positions while at sea. The forward stateroom, which shares a head with the saloon, has a large V-berth that fills in to form a double, and the third stateroom, midship to starboard, has two single bunks with yet another small en suite head. The L-shaped galley runs down the walk-through alley under the center cockpit to port, with twin sinks close enough to the centerline to drain on either tack. The saloon has a dinette to port and a settee plus a pilot berth to starboard. In the two-stateroom layout, which is more appropriate for a cruising couple entertaining occasional guests, instead of the midship stateroom there is a fabulous wrap-around nav station and expanded engine space beneath the cockpit.

1997 Goetz Taylor 49 49' Goetz/Taylor '97 "Numbers" Numbers is a very competitive and highly optimized for ORR and PHRF racer in immaculate condition, ready for the next buoy or offshore regatta. Originally designed by Jim Taylor as Design #95 49 ft LOA Grand Prix IMS Racer and built by Goetz Boatworks in Bristol, RI she has gone through complete retrofit and modernization under the expert advice of Greg Stewart from Nelson Marek. The Hull consists of unidirectional and biaxial Kevlar reinforced skins over PVC foam cores, whose density is varied to suit local loadings. The Deck is a similar laminate of Kevlar skins over PVC foam, with high compression core and additional laminate in way of all deck hardware. Pre-impregnated epoxy resins are used throughout. Both hull and deck are locally reinforced with unidirectional Kevlar to minimize the longitudinal deflections resulting from the headstay, running backstay and mast compression loadings. NUMBERS, is the third IMS racer of the same name that this office has designed to win the 1997 Admirals Cup. She comes with a wealth of racing performance data, extensive tuning charts and crew manual Completely replaced state-of-the-art electronics, electrical systems, running rigging and extensive sail inventory make NUMBERS a turn-key race machine.

1981 Pearson P-40 "Moonraker" is an exceptionally well maintained and continually upgraded vessel. She offers a very warm and comfortable cruising interior but was built to perform well on competitively. She is very well equipped with newer instruments and an easy to handle sail rig. Mechanically, electronically and condition wise, Moonraker is much younger than her age. The owner of Moonraker has spent years in the marine business and as a sailor and this is obvious in the condition of the boat.
