1979 Hans Christian 43T Ketch This is a Hans Christian 43 Ketch built 1979 with extras no other one has: Stainless steel davit with restored classic, and California registered, 1970 Dinghy, GSM Booster, newly rebuilt engine (250h), AGM batteries with 60A battery charger, 2kW generator, two 135W Solar Panels and a wind generator (all new).   Everything in top working condition. Many new parts. Many spare parts. Hans Chrisitians tend to leak due to the screw down teak deck, therefore 1200 screws were replaced and sealed, and the caulking replaced; this deck is not leaking (typical replacement cost of teak deck is $1000 per foot of boat length). The plexi-glass in all hatches were professionally replaced with ½ inch thick safety glass and custom made hatch covers were made. A GSM booster with the booster antenna on top of the main mast was installed to have everywhere top 4G LTE reception. To have off-grid lasting power new 4 AGM batteries in combination with a 60A battery charger were installed. A portable 2kW Honda generator charges the batteries within 2h; you can be off-grid easily for an extended period of time with this boat and its Katadyn Power Survivor water-maker. All original invoices and service manuals are available. The Cape Horn Wind vane get you anywhere in the world with ease. All outside teak is not varnished, but Tung oiled (which makes the maintenance very easy). The boat is ready to be taken anywhere.   The boat is available to see in Napa, CA. Free delivery to anywhere on the US West Coats. I also consider trade for Trawler up to $350000 and I will pay the difference in cash. The Trawler can be anywhere in the US, Caribbean, or Mexico.   Hull Number: SXA300433310 Ship Builder: KING DRAGON YACHT IND COR Year Built: 1979 Length (ft.): 42.6 Hailing Port: SAN FRANCISCO CA Hull Depth (ft.): 7 Hull Breadth (ft.): 13 Gross Tonnage: 27 Net Tonnage: 24 Hull Material: FRP (FIBERGLASS)   Rebuild Engine 250h ($10000) New Water Maker Katadyn PowerSurvivor 40E New 4 AGM Batteries ($2000) New 60A Battery Charger New 2kW Generator New 2kW Inverter New Davit ($12000, for fully restored 1970 Dinghy) New GSM Booster New Navigation and Cabin Lights - All LED New Sail Covers for Main and Mizzen Boom New Solar Panel (Two Panels with each 135W) New Wind Generator New Oil Change Pump New Radio Antenna New Safety Glass in all Hatches New Propane Tanks (4 propane tanks) New Bilge Pump New Shower Pump New Fresh Water Pump New Faucets New Head (regular sized toilet) New Stereo Radio New Engine Gauges (all engine gauges and sensors are new) New Engine Oil & Oil Filter New Engine Belts New Mast Climber New Mattress Master Cabin

1972 Islander Yachts 40' MS DAUNTLESS was designed by Charlie Davis as a serious blue water cruiser / live aboard. Built in Costa Mesa California this hull/model became the Islander freeport 41'. It has the same heavy duty / thick hull as the Islander Freeport 41'. She is ketch rigged with a center cockpit, full keel, wineglass hull. The center cockpit separates the full beam master suite with ensuite head and shower from the galley/salon and huge V-birth with giant closet and ensuite head. Which provides great privacy. This Coast Guard documented vessel has heavy duty construction throughout (most notably the super thick hand laid fiberglass hull). Think SAFE & STURDY ! The Dauntless has all new wiring and pluming and is solid Burmese Teak throughout, the person I bought this boat from 3 years ago paid $50,000.00 for her and put over $60,000.00 into up-grades and maintenance. With a 13'2" Beam, thereis plenty of living space, great storage and a very generous engine room with excellent access. I have been living on Her for the last few years and love to day-sail her around North Coronado and back. I can single hand her and fly four sails at once, this is knowledge that I would be happy to share with you over a couple of lessons. I just purchased a new much larger yacht and need to find a new home for DAUNTLESS. This boat needs cosmetic work like paint, varnish, cushions, curtains, etc. The guy I bought the boat from put most of his money into making sure the mechanical and operating systems were in good order at all times. If you are not handy with a paint brush you might not want this boat. For the person with basic skills I have priced the boat to move quickly. This boat in better condition would sell for $60,000 to $90,000. For all of you StarWars fans out there this yacht is like the Millennium Falcon, she's not much to look at but she has it where it counts. I have sailed all over the place and entertained countless friends on whale watching trips and parties at A-1 Anchorage, Glorietta Bay and quite dinners with that special someone to huge raft-up parities and everything in-between. This boat is designed to be safe and comfortable. All systems have been installed for simplicity, safety and durability. The Dauntless can handle gail-force winds with a reefed main and storm jib, Dauntless will take more punishment than most crew members. She needs some TLC so this is a tremendous opportunity to own a seriously built blue water sailboat that can take you anywhere in the world you desire in safety and comfort. She makes a fabulous live-aboard (witch I have been doing for the last few years). I AM GOING TO MISS DAUNTLESS BUT HOPE TO LEAVE HER IN THE HANDS OF AN ENTHUSIASTIC NEW OWNER!

1982 Morris Annie 29 29' Morris Annie '82 "Mollymawk" Mollymawk is the kind of boat everyone would love to find.  A boat that is better than new with all the correct updates while still paying homage to her design and pedigree. The refit was done in Maine by Classic Boat Shop, a professional boat building company owned by the husband and wife who built out her interior originally. Nothing was spared on her and it shows.   The Morris Annie was intended as an ocean-going small cruiser with a strong emphasis on speed and sailing ability. The Annie 29 boasts charm, simplicity, and quality craftsmanship. The top priority in her design was comfortable cruising, and comfortable she is: her healthy displacement results in an extremely gentle motion at sea. Her designer, Chuck Paine, conceptualized her as “the ultimate boat for the working man… large enough to become a man’s home, seaworthy enough to handle any ocean, fast enough to offer her owner any port in the world… and no more.” Features aboard Annie 29 include a spacious forward cabin, laid out with a dresser and hanging locker for storage, opening hatch and ports for ventilation. Hand-crafted to be both charming and elegant, richly varnished mahogany makes up most of the interior. Complete with a two burner, her galley provides a maximum amount of counter space and an exceptional amount of storage space.  The Annie 29 is a true gem: Everything you need, and nothing more.

1970 Ericson 29' sloop This is a very affordable, spacious sailboat cared for by her moving up owner of many years. She will seat 8 in her robust cockpit with as new upholstery. Much larger than the Catalina 27' or the Ericson 28' she has a newly upholstered aft sleeping berth as well as her forward V berth. Honduran mahogany throughout with "old school" glass hull thickness, this is the perfect boat as a starter cruiser. With her included Raymarine Auto helm, Magma bar b que and immaculate upholstery she is a great boat just to come stay in the slip and enjoy your "sail cation". Sleeping a maximum of 6 but sleeps four in private cabins, this is an unusual find. You could keep this boat for years and sell her for what you paid for her. Dana Point slip available with Marina approval. Full canvas enclosure allows for privacy with stand up head room. Canvas enclosure alone would be a $3,000 expenditure.
