The interior has been remodeled and looks very good for the age. The boat was hauled out two years ago when the seller purchased the boat and the seller reports the bottom was done at that time. All the exterior brightwork needs to be refinished. The cockpit electronics are not operational with the exception of the tachometer and the temperature gauge. The autopilot is not operational. There is no hour meter on the engine, so the engine hours are unknown. It is presumed to be original, and it does run. The main sail cover is two years old and the main is described by the owner to be in good condition. There is a new jib not installed on the furler, and a genoa and spinnaker both are never used, the owner confirms. Stock #400448 Recently remodeled sailboat with 2 staterooms - each with its own head, mini-fridge, TV, heater, and entrance! Step aboard this beautifully remodeled Yorktown Center Cockpit sloop, a true blend of classic design and modern upgrades. With the added autopilot rudder and the anchor bow pulpit, it measures 45 feet overall. Inside, you'll find two spacious staterooms, each offering a private entrance and its own head. Equipped with a granite-look countertop, stainless steel mirror, faucets, and sinks set into sleek black plexiglass cabinets, along with personal Smart TVs, a mini-fridge, heater / fan, and cooler. The recently updated interior is accented by fresh carpet, newer upholstery, stainless steel finishes, LED lighting with motion detectors, and waterproof wallpaper, creating an inviting and contemporary atmosphere. The main cabin is a hub of entertainment, featuring a 60" Smart TV, DVD, and FM stereo system with mounted speakers throughout. The dinette comfortably seats six and the settee accommodates four, with two built-in wine racks adding a touch of sophistication. The galley is fully equipped with a built-in stove and oven. There is a dedicated navigation station complete with VHF radio, ensuring you're always prepared for your next adventure. Two oscillation air coolers keep the inside cool on those hot summer days. Lots of storage throughout the boat as well as the cockpit seats that hold storage as well. Out on deck, performance meets the water with an extra never-used genoa, an asymmetrical spinnaker, windlass with Bruce anchor, and an autopilot to make sailing effortless. The cockpit is designed for both comfort and style with a bimini top, an outdoor removable carpet, and updated cushions and pillows, while a recently replaced main boom cover enhances the vessel's appeal. The Isuzu Pisces diesel engine delivers power for your journey. When overnighting or cruising coastal waters, this Yorktown offers blend of functionality, and classic sailing charm.
