1972 Ericson M-25XPB
This is a Classic 70's, well built, well designed, Bruce King Ericson 29' Sloop. She has been well maintained and renovated over the last few years. In 2005, the owner pulled the old gas engine and replaced it with a Universal Diesel engine which has only 77 hours on it. In 2012, He had the whole exterior hull painted (above the waterline) and also the deck, cabin, and cockpit. The old wood hatches, forward and companionway, were removed and brand new ones made out of mahogany. The boat looks great!
The interior is clean and has an incredible amount of room for a 29' boat. A full galley with an icebox and alcohol stove. An enclosed head and a forward v-berth with a lot of room!
The boat comes with roller furling headsail, dingy with Mercury 6 hp, 4 stroke engine, Magma BBQ, Lifesling,and much more!
