The condition is good for the age. The current owners have spent time and money updating and upgrading many features, in 2021 Bottom paint, water pump, through hulls, seals, and rudder glands re-packed. This 1968 Luhrs 32' Flybridge was purchased new in 1968 by my late stepfather. He passed away over a decade ago and the boat has sat idle for almost all of that time. In November of 2014 two brand new batteries were installed and it was taken out onto the open ocean for a test run. During that run one issue was identified: the boat ran perfectly at lower speeds, but when the RPM was increased the engines ran hot. Not being "boat people" we do not know what it causing this.This boat has twin steering stations, twin Perkins Diesel Engines, a fiberglass hull, a head, a galley and sleeps four in comfort; two in the forward V-berth and two on the fold-down dinette. It is moored at our family home in Mandalay Bay, Oxnard, California. This is a very comfortable boat with more visibility than most newer boats offer. This is a unique opportunity to own a great one-ower boat for a great price.
