1985 Mainship aft cabin sun deck,On fresh water first 15 years of her life, and we are 3rd owners. Bought as live aboard last July, planning on staying for 5 years, work is taking us back West sooner that we planned. Brochure with full pics, and professional survey done last year at time of purchase available for serious buyers. Boat appraised at just under 50k. New water heater, pressure water pump, air conditioner is cold. Twin 454 Crusaders and generator run strong. Just did a trip to Block Island, on a mooring, for 3 days and the ice cream in the freezer didn't melt. Lots of boat for a lot less than she is worth. Needs some TLC and cleaning, but it's got great bones. It's time for us to move, this is the low ball price, no hagglers. Come see her, won't last long at this price. $33500
