Powered by a pair of 1999 Caterpillar 3116TA Marine Propulsion Engines rated at 205 HP at 2400 RPM's and MG5061 Twin Disc Marine Gears with a 3:1 Ratio. The vessel was used to push/tow steel deck barges. When designed and built it was with the expectation that it be capable of running at 10 knots plus when running free of a load and 8 knots plus with the anticipated 125’ deck barge loaded. Designed by the Naval Architects at Master Marine she was built in accordance to the highest commercial quality and consistent with recognized good boat building practices and in accordance with the guidelines of the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC).All structural steel is ABS grade A or ASTM-A36 mild steel
