We typically get a new boat every year, so we are selling this one because our 2017 X-23 is on order. We had several Malibu Wakesetter VLXs before, 3 MasterCraft X-15s, an X-25, 3 X-30s, and now 2 X-23s. We simply love all the room, the wake, and the quality of the MasterCraft (thus why we’ve had 8 of them so far!), so that’s why we’re buying another one. Save tens of thousands over a new 16 or 17. Overall Condition: This boat is like new. I’ve had it since new, and it has been well maintained. Let me go through each part: Mechanical: Excellent. Had its 20 hour service performed by the MasterCraft dealer; Its currently winterized and fully shink-wrappedInterior: Excellent. No rips, tears, or stains on vinyl or carpet.Exterior: Excellent. No fading, no visible scratches. Most of my boats have small scratches in the gelcoat on the transom, but because this has the 3M protective film, there are no scratches in the gelcoat – it looks great! There are some light scuffs in this film (as it is doing its job), but they are not at all noticeable. If you ever wanted to, you could easily remove this coating and either have another one put on, or go without it.This boat has been kept either under a cover, or in a well-ventilated garage, on a trailer its whole life.I will assist with delivery within 50 miles of western CT. My last 6 boats have shipped to Utah (4 of them, 3 to the same person), Georgia, and Idaho. All those buyers bought sight unseen, and are very happy with the boats.
