The overall condition is very good. The interior and cabin are clean and in good shape. There is one area of dock rash on the port side by the swim platform, well above the waterline, that has been DIY repaired. See Photo. The hot water heater has been bypassed. The seller believes it needs a new element. The port engine starter needs attention. The motor starts, but it requires a couple of tunes of the key before the starter engages.
